How quickly can we go live?+
For most operators, 1–2 weeks. We share a sandbox immediately, do channel cutover one at a time, and stay on the line during peak hours of the first week.
Do we own our data?+
Yes. Every byte of inventory, order, customer, and operational data is exportable in standard formats (CSV, JSONL). Your DPA spells this out and our subprocessor list is public.
Can we self-host?+
The cloud product is the focus. Enterprise customers can run a dedicated, single-tenant instance in their own VPC — talk to us about that path.
What about Hetzner specifically?+
We run on Hetzner Cloud in Frankfurt + Helsinki. EU data residency by default. We can stand up a dedicated cluster in any region — including AWS / GCP — for enterprise tier.
How is AI handled?+
Built-in. Operators get an assistant that explains anomalies, drafts pick paths, and reasons over your data. Provider keys stay yours; we never train on your data.
