Beyond your quotas
Pay-as-you-go overage rates.
Spillover beyond your package quotas is billed at the rates below — the same rates the billing engine applies to invoices, tied to our infrastructure and AI-provider costs plus a defensible margin. Never a surprise multiplier.

When provider rates change we publish the delta with at least 30 days' notice; in-flight invoices keep using the rate that was in effect at the start of the cycle.

The questions we always get.
Is there a setup fee?+
No setup fee for the standard tiers. Enterprise customers may have a one-off migration line item depending on data volume — we quote it before any work starts.
Can I move between tiers?+
Yes, self-service in your portal. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next cycle so you keep paid-for capacity for the rest of the month.
What if I exceed a quota?+
Pay-as-you-go kicks in at the published overage rates. You get an email at 75% and 100% consumption so nothing is a surprise.
Do you offer a discount for annual?+
Yes — 2 months free on annual billing for any of the standard tiers. Ask on the contact form and we’ll set it up.
Where is my data hosted?+
EU only. Enterprise customers can pin a single region; backups land cross-region by default.
How does cancellation work?+
Cancel from your portal at any time. Your data is retained for 30 days for export, then permanently deleted. We never charge a cancellation fee.
