About Wemalo
Built by people who've actuallypicked an order at 2am.
Wemalo started inside a working warehouse. We were running a 3PL operation, fighting the same WMS tooling everyone fights — spreadsheets glued to half-finished APIs, channel sync that silently drifted, returns that vanished into a folder somewhere.
So we built our own. Then we built it again, properly, as a multi-tenant cloud platform. Today we run it for ourselves and a handful of operators across the EU. The dashboard you're reading this on is the same one we use every day.

Stay close to the floor
We do warehouse walk-throughs every quarter. The product changes when we see operators struggling with the UI, not when the roadmap says it should.
Boring infrastructure
EU data residency. Audited every action. No exotic dependencies. Backups verified by restoring them, not by checking the green tick.
Small team, direct contact
When you contact support, you reach an engineer who can read the code. No queues, no escalation theatre.
EU-first
Built for GDPR, German Steuer und Buchführung requirements, multi-currency EU operations. Cross-border is the default, not a plugin.
Honest about what we can't do
If your operation needs something we don't do well, we'll say so on the first call and point you somewhere better.
