Prohibited content + activities
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Process illegal goods, controlled substances, or anything sanctioned
in the jurisdictions you operate in.
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or tax evasion.
- Harass, threaten, or harm any person — including our team.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (e.g.
attempting to break out of your tenant scope, scraping other tenants' data, denial-of-service attacks).
- Reverse-engineer the platform for the purpose of building a
competing product.
- Send spam, phishing, or malware through any communications channel
the Service exposes (e.g. shipping notifications).
What happens if you violate this policy
We will reach out first. Repeated or severe violations may result in suspension or termination of the Service per the [Terms of Service](/legal/terms).
Reporting abuse
If you witness abuse — from another tenant, from someone outside the platform contacting our team, or from us — please report it to [abuse@wemalo.com](mailto:abuse@wemalo.com). We acknowledge every report within one working day.
