Refund + cancellation policy

Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your portal billing page. The Service continues to the end of the current billing cycle so you keep paid-for capacity. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Refunds
- Within 14 days of a new subscription: full refund on request,
no questions asked, regardless of usage.
- Cycle-mid downgrades: take effect at the start of the next
cycle. The current cycle is not pro-rated unless the change is due to a Service issue on our side.
- Service-credit claims (uptime / SLA): documented in the
[SLA](/legal/sla); credits apply to the next invoice.
- Disputed charges: contact

How to request a refund
Email [billing@wemalo.com](mailto:billing@wemalo.com) with your tenant id, the invoice in question, and a short reason. We confirm receipt within 1 working day.
